Plastic Surgery
I have extensive experience working alongside plastic and reconstructive surgeons, supporting both patient education and strategic marketing across a wide range of procedures. My background includes hand surgery, skin cancer diagnosis and treatment pathways, facial plastic surgery, and comprehensive breast and body procedures. I am familiar with the patient journey for facelifts, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and reduction, abdominoplasty, liposuction, and reconstructive treatments. This experience allows me to create clear, patient-focused communication that supports informed decisions and reflects the standards and values of modern surgical practice.
-
BTL
I have extensive experience educating patients and marketing the full suite of BTL technologies, including Emsella, Emsculpt and Emface. My approach focuses on explaining the benefits of each treatment in a clear, patient-friendly way, helping people understand how these non-surgical options can support their aesthetic or wellness goals. Through tailored communication and evidence-based messaging, I ensure patients feel informed, confident and well supported when considering these technologies.

Cosmetic Injectables
Patient education is essential when discussing and marketing cosmetic injectables, and I ensure all communication is clear, accurate and aligned with New Zealand’s legal and ethical standards. I have extensive knowledge of the injectable treatments available both in New Zealand and overseas, and I stay well researched on emerging products, trends and clinical developments. I also have an in-depth understanding of current TAPS requirements for advertising prescription medications, and as a current TAPS member I remain up to date with all regulatory changes. This allows me to create compliant, informative and patient-centred messaging that supports safe and transparent decision-making.

Skin Cancer
Growing up in New Zealand means understanding the reality of living in a country with the highest rates of skin cancer in the world. Early detection is critical, and empowering patients with the right information can make a life-saving difference. I have worked closely with a market-leading skin cancer organisation in New Zealand, helping to develop educational tools that support regular skin checks, encourage early screening and make the process easier for patients to understand and prioritise. My focus is on clear, accessible education that promotes awareness, early diagnosis and better outcomes for all New Zealanders.

The Patient Experience
Having grown up watching my father serve the community as a local publican, I learned early on the importance of genuine connection and exceptional service. I carried those lessons into my own beauty business, where I refined the art of delivering seamless, personalised client experiences from start to finish.
Today, I bring that same commitment to healthcare, recognising every step of the patient journey—from the first website visit and initial phone call through to the consultation, post-operative care, and the final review or recommendation. I am passionately dedicated to crafting thoughtful, consistent touchpoints at every stage and pride myself on creating a concierge patient experience that feels supportive, effortless and truly memorable.

Nurse Practitioners
A passionate advocate of Nurse Practitioners in NZ, I’ve had the privilege of helping develop Michal Noonan, Nurse Practitioner’s NP-led, owned and operated business, and together we’ve achieved significant growth. I joined the team at the 700-patient mark, bringing experience from the competitive plastic surgery sector and a strong focus on optimisation in healthcare. After a detailed analysis, we identified our market position and built a strategy that played to our strengths.
At Family Health Matters, we prioritise patient loyalty over numbers. We treat people, not statistics, and every decision is guided by our core values. This focus has helped us grow to over 2,000 patients and achieve 180 Google reviews, reflecting the trust and satisfaction of our community.
Under Michal Noonan’s leadership, Family Health Matters has evolved into a trusted, values-driven brand for families. Our journey has been one of meaningful growth, and we remain committed to delivering care that truly reflects the belief that family health matters.

Tanning
Frustrated by the lack of credible, chemical-laden fake tans on the market, I set out to create something better. As a long-time user, I was tired of sticky, stinky tans that ruined clothes and sheets, and concerned about the chemicals being absorbed into the bloodstream. After extensive research on how common tanning ingredients can disrupt the endocrine system, I partnered with a trusted US chemist to develop a fast-drying, natural, organic tan that dries in just 10 seconds, smells great, and delivers a flawless, safe glow. I also led all the punchy marketing, ensuring the product reached women who care about both results and their health.

Cosmetic Salon
I recognised a gap in the market for NZ-trained nail and beauty technicians who combined strong values and credentials with quality training and client education. At the time, health and safety standards for nail salons were minimal, so I lobbied Auckland Council to implement key changes to the criteria and testing for Health Protection Licences. We not only helped create these standards but also educated our clients on them, raising the bar across the industry.
Alongside this, we offered bespoke nail art, which was hugely popular and became a playground for experimentation, learning, and growth. This period of my career taught me the value of calculated risks, embracing failures as lessons, and constantly trying new approaches to improve both the craft and the client experience.

Passion for Skin
I have a deep passion for skin and skin health, focusing on protection, preservation, and anti-aging. I research the effects of chemicals on the body, exploring what truly works and what is best avoided, and I continuously educate myself through studying both scientific research and the practices of others in the field. My goal is to provide informed, evidence-based guidance that helps people care for their skin safely and effectively.
